Hate Crimes Training for the South Asian Community - The South Asian community has suffered many acts of hate and racial discrimination following the events of 9/11. Through the work of We Are All Brooklyn, dozens of community leaders in the South Asian Community learned how they can assist members of their communities to report and prevent such acts of hate. They were likewise trained on how to work with the NYPD and the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. Trainings were conducted in Urdu and Bengali. |
